       Being a congressional representative is a job that comes with great responsibility and hard work. To be a congressional representative means that a person has been chosen to be a congress man or woman to be in charge of a specific area or district. Congressional representatives have responsibilities such as introducing bills, solve problems involving the people in the district they serve and serve on different committees.       Media is something that everyone uses and is exposed to. It has become an element that can be found in the daily lives of every individual. Media varies and can come in many types of forms. People use media for different kinds of reasons such as music, video games, and videos. However, media also has important values as well, such as keeping people informed with vital news and information. So recently I was able to ask four people questions about how they access the news.       The first person that I questioned was Person A who was over forty years old. Person A stated that their three main sources of news were the local tv news, news that came across his smartphone, and the news that he received from Google news.  Hello, my name is LaBresha Gillyard and I am twenty-one years old. This year I am a junior here at BPCC. I am currently seeking my Associate's Degree and am majoring in the Communications field. After earning my associate's Degree, I hope to get my bachelor's Degree in Communications or Journalism. I am still debating what job I would like to have at the moment however, I am entertaining several possibilities.  I joined this course because I wanted to learn how to news write. I've always considered myself a strong writer and I've always enjoyed writing, so I figured that this would be a good course for me to try. I feel that if I master this course then I could potentially add news writing as a possible career choice. What I hope to gain from this course are essential news writing skills that will help me to go father in my communications/journalistic future career.
